Anyone eighteen or older can be eligible for our rehabilitation program. Patents often arrive from preplanned surgeries and procedures and also from accidents, injuries, and illness. Residents can move into any household in our home and have access to rehab and all the other quality services and amenities provided by Rolling Hills.
Therapy is performed by the expert staff from Achieve Physical Therapy.
