Social Security Income While at Rolling Hills
As a nursing home resident, you are not eligible to continue receiving Social Security Income payments unless that is your only source of income. Residents must notify Social Security Administration at 1-608-784-5605 upon admission to the nursing home. Medical cards through SSI will likely be in effect for one month after your nursing home admission. Residents must complete an application to the WREA at 1-800-627-0430 for Medical Assistance as soon as they know when their SSI will stop.
“I like Rolling Hills very much. I am very pleased with the staff in all the departments – they are all very kind. I truly believe they are here to help the residents and that that is their main concern. Every department is very nice and everyone is so wonderful. I’ve never met so many kind people.”
